How can I find out if my car was impounded?
You can call our office with your license plate number or VIN. Our staff will confirm if your vehicle is in our lot and provide details on fees and required documents.
Releasing a Vehicle
What do I need to bring to pick up my vehicle?
You will need:
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- Proof of ownership
- Full payment of all fees
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (Exact Change Required), debit cards, and major credit cards. Checks are not accepted.
Fees & Charges
How much does it cost to get my vehicle back?
Fees vary depending on the type of tow, storage time, and any additional services. Our team will provide a detailed breakdown when you call or you can look up the fees using our “Find My Vehicle” search.
Do fees increase daily?
Yes. Daily storage fees are added for each day your vehicle remains in the impound lot. It’s best to retrieve your vehicle as soon as possible to avoid additional charges.
What if I cannot afford to pay all the fees right now?
Unfortunately, vehicles cannot be released without full payment. Partial payments or payment plans are not available.
What happens if I don’t pick up my vehicle?
Vehicles left unclaimed may be sold at public auction in accordance with state law.
